He's done lots of work. He installed windows. He's built my back porch twice because the hurricane knocked it down last year. He's done work inside. He's put crown moldings. He's rebuilt actually three of my porches. He's wonderful. We've had a lot of bad experiences with bad contractors but he is really very good. He's very honest, for one thing. I don't know how cheap he is because when you've had bad experiences and you get a good person, you don't care if you pay him. He's very, very good. He'll redo anything that he thinks isn't perfect. He looks at the job as his own. I would recommend him to anybody. Because of the hurricane, they had just put back my back porch and they were putting crown molding around the rooms where the hurricane had pulled walls apart. He's not low priced definitely, but let's say he's reasonable. For the kind of work that he does, it's a good price.
