One summer, they caught 26 flying squirrels in our attic. The company was set up by his father when he came back from the war. We pay for the yearly plan. I really depend on them, and they help me.

They are accommodating. When you want them you can call and speak to a person, not a machine. I hate talking to machines. I have been using them for years.
