I was very grateful to find them.

We arrived on Saturday and saw that our new xc-60 was being polished. Dominick took great lengths to explain every aspect of the Xc-60 and even called Sirius radio and got us connected personally. Dominick takes great pride in matching all aspects of the customer's needs to the correct vehicle at the right price. Again, the the final part of this transaction was consistent with what we had experienced form the beginning with no surprises. We sat down with Al, Business Manager to do the final paperwork and there was no pressure to buy any any of the after sale services or items. We love our XC-60 and are happy that the purchasing experience was positive.

The entire process was excellent. It was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. Sales Rep Dominic DiFalco was so helpful, knowledge, and easy to work with . He was courteous, attentive, and willing to do whatever he could to get me the car I wanted. He was not pushy. I was always left with the feeling that he was really looking out for me. His Manager was also very helpful and always made it a point to say hello. He and Dominick seemed to have a very good working relationship. I would definitely recommend this Volvo Dealership and hope you have the good fortune to get Dominick DiFalco as your Sales Rep.

I was trading in my car for a new Volvo. Bridgewater Volvo provided the best price overall. They were responsive to my requests and kept their word regarding any figures they provided on the phone or via e-,mail. I would definitely use them again!

We bought a new XC60 at Bridgewater Volvo a few months ago. The sales process was very pleasant and comfortable. The salesman, Steve, was great and a credit to the company. He went through the car thoroughly and the price we received was very good...and we didn't have to fight for it! Also, we have only used the service department for ALL service too. They maintain and repair what's needed and never go looking for work. All car dealers should be like BV.

They were prompt, works accurately so I wouldn't have to bring back my car and complain that it wasn't done right. I' like cars and I do some work myself but I bring my cars to them of there are things I can't do and I know when they've done it right. I have no complaint, in fact, I enthusiastically recommend them. Perfect dealer except for the price because it's a little bit higher but it's understandable, they are competitive with other dealers that is why I do some of the work myself but other than that, I can't think of other complaints.

Bridgewater Volvo was perfectly fine for me. Steve was the man who helped me find the vehicle I wanted. He handled all of the title work so that was convenient for me. They provide good auto service as well as sales. I have no bad issues with them.
