Benchmark Siding Co., LLC is a small company which guarantees the personal attention from the owner on every job. The company is structured in an efficient manner, therefore providing competitive prices to it's customers. We boast over 60% referral basis to establish our new clients. The owner is the only sales person and is always the first to introduce himself and the company at every estimate. The company is made up of two crews: one 2 man crew, and one 4 man crew, along with the owner who will also spend time at both job sites throughout the day. Benchmark Siding Co., LLC works out of a home office with a secretary who comes in two days a week to prepare contracts and basically keep the office in order. We are licensed and insured and can provide referrals for every job. The typical terms on a contract are for a small deposit (10% of contract) to be paid upon signing of that contract with no other payment due until the work has been completed and the customer is satisfied. We work the jobs from start to finish; if the weather allows us to work we will be there. If you're in the market for any of the services we provide, we would appreciate the opportunity to bid for the work. Thank you, BENCHMARK SIDING CO., LLC

"{Member's name removed}, I am sorry but you must have the wrong company. Thank you, Dave Carman Benchmark Siding"
"I do appreciate the opportunity to have bid this work. Most of what [removed member name] states is True. I did have a scheduled appointment with her, I did call well in advance of our scheduled meeting to move it back until later in the day, I also called her 15 minutes before arriving at her house to confirm. I then continued on to her house and drove by the property and after seeing the home and a quick view of the neighborhood I decided I did not want to work on this home or in the neighborhood. I called her after I passed the house and left a voice message stating I was not interested in bidding the work on that home. [removed member name] then called me back about 1/2 hour later and I re-stated to her I was not interested in bidding the work. I did explain to her politely that it was an old home and the houses are close to each other so I would not be interested in bidding the work. I was also concerned with the safety of my employees and my equipment in the neighborhood."
