Kieth is one of the most professional trades people I have had the privilage to work around. His word certainly turned out to be his bond. Kieth stuck to his time line as estimated. Cost was kept at a minumum and I was asked if I would like to provide my own materials. Kieth even went sofar as to travel to the supplier and personally select the rails and posts so they would more closely match the pieces not removed. I would recommend him to any person who wants to have a split rail fence installed without having to worry that this company knows what they are doing. There are installation detailes such as not using concrete, pounding the ground in the hole then installing the post.

I was pretty bummed about having to spend all that cash on a fence, when cleaning my desk one day I found an old flyer Keith had left. I called him and we made an appointment to for him to come out and see the fence. He came out and we walked the entire fence together. He agreed that it was indeed a mess. He told me he would send and estimate within the week.
.I received the estimate and was pleasantly surprised at the cost of only $2400.0 + $600.00 to add 2 more strands of wire to increase the height of the fence.. Given the other two estimates I was expecting the worst. He also told me that there might be additional cost if he ran into any problems where the wires were underground but gave me a ballpark number on those costs (it turned out there was no issue with the underground wire and thus no additional cost). The job would take about 3-4 days
He gave me a start date about 30 days out due to the fact that he was still very busy with work from Superstorm Sandy. I was fine with that, the fence had been a mess for two years so another 30 days wasn't going to matter.
He and his assistant (T.J.?) came and did a great job. It took a bit longer than expected since the fence wires were more tangled than they thought and he was still extremely busy with Sandy work. Since I was in no hurry and they weren't in the way at all, that was fine.
On the last day of work before the final payment we walked the fence again. Keith explained all the work they did. I pointed out a couple areas of concern (nothing major) and Keith addressed those without question. There were no extra charges and they cleaned up after themselves.
In summary the estimate was dead on, the work was excellent and Keith was great to work with. I would absolutely recommend him and hire him again if the need arose.
