Hired Top Notch Landscaping for fixing our landscaping needs. Left job undone. Brought plants from Home Depot to plant in bed, Top Notch Landscaping took money for making bed and he said he is going to come back an another day to plant the plants that we bought never came back. Doesn't answer our calls. Caused us a loss of $300. Please don't trust this company for any of your landscaping needs. He misused our trust.
