We have always thought the training at Soccer Centers has been excellent, and have referred friends there. The facility is nice and dedicated to soccer and only a few other sports - no football here. The trainers themselves provide some of the best help for your son or daughter to improve their soccer skills.
The major problem is communication both to players and parents. For the cost involved, the lack of communication and lack of professionalism is alarming. I was told by friends not to return after Soccer Centers forgot to call several people on my son's tournament team about a cancelation. Several parents drove over an hour to find out Soccer Centers never called us, or emailed us, that they decided not to go to the tournament. Being told by tournament officials that your coach canceled and didn't call you and the several others who drove down is very aggravating. Yet no response from Soccer Centers when we asked why we weren't told, and no offer to any parents to get a refund for the money we paid to attend the tournament. This lack of communication extends to coaches communications with players as well.
The summary is that the good news is if you can afford it, they have excellent training for soccer. The bad news is, you will have to force communication with them to make sure you are not screwed because their left hand doesn't know what their right is doing. Professionalism would be to follow up on dissatisfied customers. Stick with them for training, and avoid the select teams until they get their act together.
