Norman Ray Fisher Electric ("NRFE") was engaged and paid to wire our pool and hot tub. They started the job in June, walked off and never completed it. Certain of the work that was done was sloppy (e.g., the light controls are not wired properly). Unable to get a timely response or someone to return to the property, I had to engage another electrician simply to get the pool system to work properly (at a cost of $1,300). I asked this same electrician finish to complete the wiring for the hot tub, but he was unable to figure out what (or why) NRFE had done. He requested that I try to get key information from NRFE. I called Wayne Fisher, and in conveying what was needed, Wayne conceded that he was paid and that he was uncertain about the job and what remained, and agreed to return to finish the project. This was late August.
He started in early September, digging a trench through the yard to bury electrical conduit. In so doing, he left 2 large holes (dangerous, we have 3 small kids) and several large mounds of dirt throughout the yard. He has not been back since. I have had numerous conversations with him and Diane, his assistant, to explain the time sensitivity of this electrical problem and that other projects were being held up until he finished. Each time I was promised a day for completion, and most of those days came and went without so much as a courtesy call. This project has delayed several other ancillary projects, including landscaping, the pool fence (which is needed for township approval), and the pool cover.
In sum, NRFE was paid to complete a project and never did--not even close--and the work they did do needs remediation. Wayne Fisher committed in August to complete the project, started the project by digging up my yard and leaving it a mess, and has not been back in almost 2 months. All of the foregoing can be substantiated through evidence.
