We do great work with 25 years experience in the field, performing residential custom painting jobs, drywall, flood restoration, and commercial projects. Our Angieslist reviews are a tiny sample of the many customers we have serviced privately and as a subcontractor for several restoration companies, and general contractors along the way. Also, we are not McDonalds of Painting and prefer to work with clients who want a great job with a small owner operated company that delivers quality work at fair price. If this sounds like a match, text call or email!

"Thank you for the review! It was a pleasure working on your project. The respect and appreciation is well received."
"Dear non-client, I hope all is well. Question: Have you shared your 10 Angieslist reviews with family and friends? If you haven't, maybe you should consider. Just a friendly suggestion: include a printout in your 2014 holiday season correspondence. I would submit that your reviews are a gift in and of itself. Really! Once your loved ones and friends open up your list of 10 Angieslist reviews and read them, there can only be 2 outcomes... A. They will laud you for your virtually anonymous, inflammatory and fallacious rat-a-tat-tat of zero credibility accusations of vocational incompetency, and libelous attempts at character assassination. B. They will read both sides of the story, from other contractors and myself, and identify you as someone who's Angieslist license should be revoked. Or worse. Now, to clear up any misunderstanding, I have addressed a few of your talking points: 1. I responded to your initial contact within a half-hour. I left voicemail the same day after you didn't pick-up. When we finally connected for a phone-call, you hung up. First time in 16 years. Congratulations! Job well-done. 2. I'm comfortable saying "I don't know" while processing information in the analyzation phase. I will not speak to the other fallacies in your review but would direct anyone to the facebook page or website to see what I can or can not do, and at what level of proficiency. Then contrast that with what has been written by the distinguished Angieslist reviewer. Thank you in advance. 3.I was not under the influence of anything but coffee, but I do respect your ability broadcast assumptions as to whether or not someone is 'under the influence' in a phone call. In all seriousness, shame on you for casting these aspersions in a public forum. It was an outlandish presumption, a malicious accusation, and false. We are people too, with our names attached to these businesses and this review went beyond the pale of acceptable critique and I hope that in the future these type of ravings will be reviewed to ensure accuracy and fairness. All the best, xoxo Ian"
"Thank you for the review! We were able to give a competitive quote and schedule quick due to a lull in the workload, so this was a win-win. The area had no flooring and was separate from the rest of the living space, which cut down on prep (labor) and essentially made this a new construction drywall finishing job. It was great to work together on this project- the area was left in a ready-to-work state, and access was made easy. Thanks again!"
"Thank you for trusting us with your project. It was a pleasure working with you. The communication was strong throughout the process and I'm glad you employed the paint recommendations we had discussed. Thanks again!"
"Thank you for the review! I appreciated your approach to this multi-stage project. The lights were installed before we arrived and the flooring install went exactly as planned. It was great that both our schedules had synced together seamlessly and the whole project was completed at a respectable pace. Thanks again for the encouraging comments."
"Thank you [member name removed]. Your color selection was great! I was happy to give an earnest recommendation to keep the ceiling and trim as is, rather than triple the scope of the initial contract. Also, I appreciate your patience with regards to the hurricane related work I was engaged in around the time of your job."
"Thank you for the review! This was one of those jobs where I've seen other contractors/handymen bail and leave a homeowner frustrated. I was glad to be the one to turn the room around from glued wall disaster, to a serene and inviting space. The color works great, and I couldn't be happier to see the job through. Thanks again."
"Thank you for the review! It was great to see everything come together. The new lighting really showcases the room, and it's wonderful centerpiece."
"We love working with other contractors to help deliver an excellent overall product. We are very pleased to learn that another project has left such a strong, positive impression on a client. Thank you Member!"
"Yes, unfortunately, we failed to provide you with an estimate and we apologize... Do we understand you correctly, you've come on to a website to follow up on an estimate instead of calling or emailing? We are a small company and very busy at this time but one thing we do not do is post on the internet when a potential client decides to go for a cheaper contractor or asks us to estimate a job that will not let our work shine due to work already done or to be completed by the homeowner. We let it go as maybe you should have done or better yet, contacted us to followup on the estimate. Our work speaks for itself, all apologies that we did not take on your project. Good luck. PS. the simple fact of this matter is that the cell phone broke and the member's number was lost. If angieslist needs proof of a broken cell phone to remove this negative review, we will gladly furnish it.Thank you, Maxim Painting & Construction"
"When the member called I sensed the urgency for completion on this project and saw a chance to help out since we had a small window in the schedule. We delineated the items that could be completed within the time allotted and executed with attention to detail. All colors were selected on time, and he helped speed the job along by purchasing materials and making trips to the store, something that is normally included in our service contract. We could not have been more pleased to satisfy a client under a deadline and receive such a glowing review. It was a pleasure working with him on this project."
