My only complaint was the amount of time that it took to actually get the report. It was a couple of weeks before I actually got it, and I had to call/email multiple times. I'm not sure if they packet got lost in the mail, or what. When I finally got through, they were able to email me the report. I'm not sure why this wasn't done in the first place. While I imagine this is not how they typically respond, in our case it was frustrating. Overall, however, they were very professional and we would use them again.
