"This is the first negative review we have received in over 15 years in business. It's unfortunate you're not happy with your home but this is a false misrepresentation of my company. To correct your response; You didn't purchase a home from Crawford Customs LLC, you purchased from Distinguished Homes LLC. Did anybody from that company come to check on your problems after you closed? If you closed with our company (like all my buyers) we warranty our product regardless if it's a reno or new build. Additionally, my company terminated agreements with Distinguished Homes before you closed on your home. We were 1 of several contractors for Distinguished Homes at the time your house was built. We worked with a series of other subcontractors I.e. Plumbing, flooring, etc. where the majority of your issues stemmed from. Due to my company (Crawford Customs LLC) working with partners who were only concerned about the budget and micromanaging the project... we weren't able to control the project to our standards. Thank you again for the holiday and gift cards sent for the extra work you received free of charge after closing... It's sad this response is coming several years after the project was completed. I assume you wrote this regarding my company, not Distinguished Homes or the other numerous contractors who worked on your home, as we are the only ones with a social media presence. I hope things turn around for the better for you and the family. Wish you the best."
