Called on a Tuesday and was able to schedule for Thursday. Truck showed up right on time and operator was friendly and professional. Will use again!

Great job. Courteous, prompt professional and clean!! Septic tank had not been cleaned in 15 years. Had to pump a lot of stuff out, return water and pump some more. Came out great.

Everything went very well. No complaints at all.

House smelled a bit after the work, but I think it was due to the proximity of the truck and tank to my AC unit.

They pick up the phone when you call. Schedule you quickly at your convenience. They came in did the job and left me the invoice in my mailbox! Great experience.

Our septic backed up on Saturday night. We had guests staying over. Early Sunday we called several places, and only Big Mike would come out. They did a great job and fixed everything.

They had the best price for my job and were able to schedule when I wanted it done and with less than a week's notice. The owner passed on an opportunity to upsell me a replacement baffle lid, he just gave me some good advice, I greatly appreciate that. The pumper technician cheerfully answered the hundred or so questions I asked about septic tank/field maintenance and repair (maybe worry too much about my system). My only quibble, and it is very minor, is the tanker showed up at 9:30 for an "around noon" appointment. They still get an "A" for punctuality because I was home anyway, and by comparison to the guys that show up really late or not at all, well, early is fine.

Overall, it cost a few hundred dollars more than expected; many large rocks were left on my lawn which I didn't realize until they were gone. Originally, they were hard to contact to set a date but once they came out, it was completed in a few days. They did charge $95 to apply, pick up and schedule the HC BOH permit since they are in Somerset and I'm in Hunterdon Cty. I was sent the permit for my records.

They had trouble locating the tank as we thought it was somewhere else, but they found it by electronic means. They did a very good job and got things done quickly. We were pleased with their service.
