+ -1 moreBeacon took the time to explain downstream concerns that could crop up and what to look for in the future, including replacment options, when necessary. He described options without taking a "salesman's" approach! Sean Fuerstenberger, a NJ Master Plumber, and owner of Beacon, was polite at all times; he left the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived.
Description of Work: Beacon repaired two toilets, each over 30 years of age. The one toilet never completely flushed, leaving behind waste. The other toilet took an inordinate amount of time to refiill the tank. Beacon fixed each problem; explained the causes, including the likelihood of recurrence over time.
