A & M Power-Washing

Called and left a message on Saturday, he responded within 1/2 an hour and said he would be at my house within an hour. He showed up on time and quoted me $330. I agreed and asked when he could do the job. I was surprised to hear "I can be here tomorrow morning (Sunday) at 7:30. He showed up on time and did a very good job. I would have no issue using him in the future.

They came came when they said they would, spent 4 hours power washing the whole 2 story colonial home including my patio which is about 1000 sq feet including the paved walkway on the side of the house along with the two patio stairs, and front steps.  I would use them again.

All aspects of the job turned out better than expected. Beautiful clean house and rejuvenated deck. Very pleased. Throws in extras like deck furniture and washing of sidewalks and driveway. Al is a pleasure to work with.

Quoted and performed the power washing within a couple days of being contacted. Very nice and did a great job, and cleaned our gutters as an added value adding bonus. I would use them again and have already recommended Aand M to neighbors.

Al arrived promptly to give us an estimate. Then he and his coworker did a great power washing job at a reasonable price. Very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

The first day that we had planned to do the power washing, he had two belts snap on his machine. It was a Sunday, and I asked him if he could get it fixed and come back another day during the week. He said that he would. I could see that he was sincerely upset about the fact that the machine had broken, and he profusely appologized.
He returned 8am the next day, and went straight to work. He did an amazing job, and he even fixed part of my gutter that had been blown off in Sandy. He didn't even tell me about having fixed the gutter, either.

He was a great guy, and did a fantastic job.

My property looks like new. In addition to a few years of built-up dirt, there were patches of green growing on my house and on my neighbor's white vinyl fence (my side!) and black specks from nearby pine tress. Al got all the dirt and stains off. It was amazing. I had little hope that the stains on the gutters would come clean as the streaks looked baked-on to me. But Al got every one. They went up on ladders to get the second story properly addressed. They re-treated areas that didn't come clean the first time without being coached by me. Both men were professional, efficient, friendly and actually seemed interested in doing a good job. They did not waste time but they took the time they needed to get the job done right - and it was a big job. I am delighted to recommend A and M Power Washing. I will definitely call them again when my house gets that dingy look and the green splotches start to take over.
