 + -1 moreI never heard from them again. I actually gave them about 10 days before I called them. I left them messages every day for three days. Did not return my call. I tried calling and finally got them the following week. I asked them about the estimate and the father said he was still working on it. I said straight out, "You told me you would have an estimate for me in a week. It's been two now. If you don't want to do the job, I understand, just let me know, be honest with me." He said something like, "Yes, I can do the job, I just need a little more time to put the estimate together." Today is August 8, 2013, a month and 6 days since they came to my property to give me an estimate. No estimate and I haven't heard from him since last month when he told me he was still working on the estimate. So the bottom line is, you can't believe a word these guys say because they have no problem lying to you even when you ask them to be straight out honest. YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM.
Description of Work: Three Men and a Hoe were recommended to me from another contractor. I called them for one of their free estimates for excavating work I needed done on my property. The whole family (father, son and mother) came out to my property the evening of July 2, 2013. It seems the father and son do the business together. If I remember correctly their names were Fred and Doug. They looked over my property and told me that they would send me the estimate in about a week (with the holiday being July 4).
