He didn't get a grooming, he got a makeover. He went willing with Terri to the van and was still her friend after her service. He smelled delightful, his teeth were clean and his nails were short. At his advanced age he can be a little wobbly on his feet.  She handled his handicap well and he definitely enjoyed the entire experience. I will recommend her to all my friends and neighbors and use her on a regular basis.

It was one person who did the service. She called and asked if she could come early. I wasn't there, my son was there for the grooming. He said she was very good and the cut was wonderful. My son said she was very professional.

We thought Terri, the owner and operator of Puppy Cuts did a wonderful job with our dog. her prices are very fair. Our dog's hair was overgrown and a bit of a mess when we gave him to Terri to groom. She spent a couple hours making him look perfect. Ears were super clean and his nails were trimmed well. The convenience of having someone come to your house and only walk your dog to the curb is worth it alone! We plan on using Puppy Cuts again.

Abby is a mix of Cocker Spaniel and Pomeranian and about 7 years old. Recently due to a couple of ornery young pups she had gotten seriously matted on her back end and underbelly. The matts were to many to just cut out. We contacted Terri and set up an appointment. She gave us a 30 minute window of when to expect her. She was right on time. Abby had never been groomed professionally before. Terri worked patiently with her both bathing her, trimming her down and cutting her nails. All this in her mobile grooming saloon. After having all the knots and matting removed Abby felt great and look fantastic. Yes she became a short haired dog for awhile but it needed to be done and it was done well. Plus we asked Terri if she could trim one of our other dog's nails, she quickly took care of him too.

I could ask for no better service and she was very friendly courteous and professional. Who van is clean and well arranged with every thing she need to do the job, it is completely self contained. It tool her a little over an hour to do Abby and it was right at our front door. No having to drop the animal off and pick them up later. I highly recommend Terri and her service.
