 + -1 moreAfter visiting our home, I stopped paying him and that is when he finally reached out and ask what was going on. This experience has been very traumatic. I'm back to square one.
Description of Work: Jeff would come and check our house once a week to make sure all the utilities were working and that everything was intact. He would check the inside and outside. He did some repairs after Hurricane Sandy and was supposed to call on a weekly basis but did not always do so. We would have to try to contact him and he would always say everything was fine. We went out to see our house this past July and it was anything but fine. There were termites, racoons in the attic, floors were rotting, and multiple issues with the house that he did not repair or bring to our attention. There would not be damage to our home like this if he were doing his job.
