John and his crew were responsive To my calls and promptly called when they were going to be late. There was A issue with the cable box and John sent one of his team to get a new box. And returned and made sure system Worked properly. They definitely went out of their way to make this install Work the way we wanted. I would highly recommend them.

They were very professional. They came precisely on time as scheduled. They knew just what they were doing and made helpful suggestions. Their charge was substantilly less than the big box store providing the same service. (The big box store quoted several charges they could not justify). They left absolutely no sign of debris from their work. I will have two more televisions to mount and will definitely engage John's Audio Video to perform the work.

They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, and completed the job in less time than expected. Then cleaned up and the system works perfectly and looks great. Highly recommend John's Audio.

Very professional, cleaned up after their work. Very polite and knowledgeable. Explained options and saved us money with suggestions. We had cable installed in three of the four bedrooms upstairs. Looks just as professional as the original install in the master bedrooms. No wires showing , no mess. Installed mounted plugs in each bedroom wall to connect the TV into the cable . He asked where to install the outlets and gave suggestion for best viewing. Great Job.

My home entertainment systems were installed on both upper and lower rooms promptly and efficiently and the two young men gave me a tutorial about how best to access them and responded to my questions very graciously. I would not hesitate to call John's again for my electronic needs.

Our remote for our surround sound system had to be replaced. John responded quickly to my call, told me when he would arrive & quoted a price. This is a rare occurrence with service techs at the shore!

We hired John to try and figure out why our living room TV randomly flickered off, mount 2 TV's, and to check on a surround sound system that was installed by the previous owner that has never worked. They were incredible! Customer Service is the best there is, they were efficient and clearly very much knew what they were doing. Our new TV mount in our bedroom looks so wonderfully tidy (no wires to be seen!) and they were able to trouble shoot quite a number of problems with the mount in the living room and the surround sound in the living room. Eventually we want to put a TV in the master bath and they'll be the first call we make.

John and his assistant were prompt efficient and clean. They installed our 55" tv on the wall with relative ease. There was one problem which required them to return the next day and the problem was solved. I would recommend John to everyone.

These guys showed up right on time and were very personable and friendly. They did exactly as requested in the time quoted beforehand. Cleaned up very nicely when done. These guys are on my go to list the next time I need work.
