John and his assistant did an excellent job overall. They arrived on-time on the day of our scheduled appointment. They proceeded to install our TV, and provided some very helpful information regarding the features of our new TV set. They were very courteous, thorough and neat, and cleaned up when they were finished. They also removed the gigantic box along with all the wrapping materials, and placed them neatly in our garage. I will gladly hire them again if we purchase any new flat screen TVs in the future.

John arrived promptly and brought everything he needed to keep the area clean while he worked. It took a lkittle over an hour to complete the process. He and his assistant were very careful with anything they had to move and ensuring everything went back where it should. John gave me a tutorial on how to use the remote now that I was also connected to the cable box and my blueray. He answered all my questions and kindly took away all the packaging from the new tv since I was in an apt. situation and had no real way to dispose of a giant box and packaging material. Great team and would hire them again if need be,

John, the owner was very professional and friendly. The morning after I emailed his website he called me back and asked how he could help. I explained the project and we set a time for him to come out to the house, see what the job entailed and took all the measurements for the wiring. In a couple of days he emailed me an estimate which I thought was fair. We set a date and time for the job and he was there promptly.

Originally the intention was to run the wiring in the crawl space however we both discovered the crawl space was flooded. He had to run the wiring up through the attic. Upon completion of the job he showed me how everything worked, tested all components to make sure they worked, cleaned up the area and left. I was very happy with the overall experience. I would call him again and refer him to others.

Fabulous. Prompt, professional and delivered as promised. Installation and concealed wiring was done as advertised. John took the time to listen to what I wanted and was a pleasure to work with.

The process began with John listening to what we wanted, not what he wanted to sell us. He took the time to hear what our needs were and then proposed some options. He gave us a few choices with different price ranges and answered all of our question to help us make a decision. The job was completed in a timely manner and all of the work was done in a professional manner at our convenience. We couldn't be happier.
