GALLOWAY AUTO TIRE & SVC CTR

They're pretty good. I went out and I noticed my tire was flat. I had to get AAA to tow it over to their place and they call me back and told me that the two tires in the back were dry rot that's why it went down. I always take my vehicles in. They have done the oil change very recent. The oil inspection, they had to do because it's due for July. They were very personable, very knowledgeable and willing to work with me. They even were going to send a driver with my truck from their staff. I couldn't go over, they will send somebody over to drive my truck back and I'll drive their driver back. If there's something wrong, they get  it done and they'll tell you. When you make your appointment, they call you to get it done that day. They're reliable, very honest and they charge a fair dollar for a fair job. I really don't shop too much so whatever their prices are, I'm more interested in them being honest and getting the job done. If somethings not right and you get it back, they take it right back and repair it for nothing. They are very quick. They were very professional. Of course, I will use them again.

They are wonderful. They are absolutely top of the line. I've been going to them for years and they are superb. I go to them for all of my repairs, not just oil changes and tire repairs. I have an older car at the moment and they have kept it running perfectly. Their prices are fair and they always come through with their estimated cost. I'd give them an A++ if I could!

I came in without an appointment. I called first and told him what I needed done. Jason, who spoke to me told that he would not be able to check the service engine light today, Saturday, because the gentlemen who does the machine diagnosis works from Monday through Friday. I did however come in to have my oil changed. I have a large, almost ten year old GMC Envoy and I use synthetic oil to increase the gas mileage. It also helps the car run smoother. They also checked out my radiator fluid, all belts and hoses, and all fluid levels. I wanted to wait for my car to be serviced and as I did not have an appointment, he said it would take a half hour to have my car worked on as they were finishing up another car at the moment. I didn't mind at all as it was a Saturday, I had no appointment, and they have a nice waiting area with magazines and a TV. It was nice outside so I chose to walk next door to a strip mall and do some shopping. When I returned in about an hour, my car was parked in the part of the lot where all car repairs were completed. They said my radiator fluid was fine. They topped it off but there were no leaks. They checked all belts and said all was in good working condition. They were honest to a fault and I would return in a heartbeat, which is what I intend to do next week to find out the reason that the service engine light is on when it can be diagnosed by the man who performs this service.

They are always very professional and check everything. I suspected I needed a new air filter, and, in fact, I did. They called me with an estimate and I approved the charges. I couldn't make it back before they closed, but they agreed to leave the key and receipt for me under the mat (I had my spare key with me). I had bought tires at Galloway about 4 years ago, and they include free tire rotation for the ife of the tires with the purchase, so I had those rotated as well. I use synthetic oil which is why my price was higher than most, but they do have coupons in many of the coupon clips that come around that will lower your price for service. I once took one in that was expired and they honored it anyway. They never do work if it's not needed and are true professionals.
