If you like shoddy work and a contractor who refuses to back up his work, then Len Foglio is your man. He apparently only hires workers who do not know what they are doing and will not come out himself to inspect and correct the work. I had a new storm door installed to replace another, and the thing will not close correctly, will not open fully, and keeps slamming shut, even after adjusting or replacing the closer. I called and emailed several times but got nothing but lip service. That is the way the door works. Such BS from someone who supposedly has a good reputation It must be relatives who wrote those other reviews. Stay away from this company!

Main parts of job were done ok. Finish work like caulking and grouting of back splash, I had to remove and redo. Sloppy.

Len Foglio is a true General Contractor. He is extremely responsive, will be on the job when he says he will be on the job (more than half the battle), finishes on time and truly cares about the job being done. I would recommend Len for any job from a simple clean up to a full house remodel which is what I did. Thank you Len.

Len and his crew are detail oriented and go one step beyond to make sure they know what you want and make it happen to your satisfaction. He has at his disposal many specialist subcontractors for detail or out of the ordinary jobs. Very prompt and doesn't leave till job done! Highly recommend him and his crew for any job!!

Len is the most responsive and accessible contractor I've ever worked with. If you don't reach him immediately, he gets back to you within minutes.
