Terrible. I have had this pool for 20 years and am experienced in the details of opening a pool. They said that vacuuming the pool was not a part of their service. I also had to provide the chemicals. I had a new Polaris installed last summer. They ultimately determined that the Polaris line was cracked and referred me to another company. Once this was repaired they failed to respond to my calls to open the pool - which I had prepaid for the service. They told me I needed a new pump and sold me for $800+, a pump that was twice the strength in HP that the pool required. They just told me to keep the pump going for days and keep adding Sock-It. I did this and the pool was still soupy green. They came for 2 seconds and told me to continue the same, but actually the Polaris was still not working and the hose connections kept blowing apart. I had to wait over 1 week for them to return to the soupy pool. They really didn't know how to correct the Polaris issue. Actually they had connected the Polaris hoses backwards. I took the unit to a local Pool shop and they connected it correctly. I ultimately had to get another company who knew what they were doing, said I needed a pump with much less HP. So I had to purchase a 2nd pump - the correct size. They did a few other alterations. The pool was finally swimmable > 1 month later. Their knowledge was totally inadequate and their recommendations were not in my best interest. They refused to reimburse me and take back the high powered pump which I can't use. Lack of knowledge, disingenuous, and no regard for the customer leads to my totally unfavorable evaluation of this company.
