We contracted Jerry several months before we were ready to begin the remodel on two bathrooms. He provided a detailed invoice showing exactly what was included and what we had to provide and the cost of each service. Work was scheduled to begin mid September but because of delays on another project, work actually started a week later which we were agreeable to.
He and his partner were prompt, attempted to make as little mess as possible though I wish a little more care had been taken to insure that my new hardwood floors were protected better. I should have been more proactive in protecting my floors from constant foot traffic - a word of advice to anyone hiring any contractor.
Jerry was concerned that we like the job and consulted us just about every step of the way. There was only one hitch along the way in the installation of the body sprays in the master bath but after a rather "heated" discussion, that issue was resolved.
Mark, who did a lot of the tile work, did an excellent job.
The jobs were started on or around September 20th and completed December 1st. Considering the amount of work and the fact that both bathrooms could not be out of commission at the same time (!), we felt the job was completed in a very timely manner.
All in all, we were satisfied with the job(s) and have received numerous complements. I would recommend Jerry for your remodeling project.
He also installed new 6 panel doors throughout the upstairs. These I have a little problem with - hence the B rating for quality -  as several of the doors were cut too short or hung slightly off. However, to his credit I believe he used a sub contractor to do this part of the job.
