CATALINA DOORS & WINDOWS

I had a bad experience with another company(presently in litigation with them so will not disclose name at this time) so was very nervous about trusting another contractor.Craig Secreta from Catalina was very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable from the  start. He was very  sympathetic  with my  fears and concerns and made me feel at ease.
I had a good experience from start to finish. He took time to show me some work he had previously completed and it was very impressive. The workmanship on my sunroom was excellent and i am very pleased. Everything was timely and professionally done.

Craig who had designed and installed our magnificant Sunroom couple of years ago replaced a broken storm window at NO COST to us without our even requesting this. Even sent over one of his workers to install the window for us!! Great guy and company. Will be using them again in the future no doubt about it.

Catalina did an excellent job and were very accommodating - even staying on a Saturday afternoon so they didn't leave me without glass all weekend. Only the bottom halves of my windows were "removable" and I was a bit unsure on the process to remove the other half at first, but the folks at Catalina grabbed a window in their showroom and explained how to remove it. I replaced the glass in most of the downstairs of my house for less than it would cost to replace one window (obtained quotes from multiple contractors). The ding on quality was due to one window not being sealed properly (I had to bring it back to be done again) and another window had some sealant on the inside where I cannot clean it (not in line of sight, down in corner). Catalina did offer to rectify the issue but I opted not to bother - it was hard to notice with the window out and nearly impossible to notice with the window in.

Craig Catalina was very professional in his sales presentation and did not apply any hard sell or pressure sales tactics - unlike so many other salesmen from other Sunroom companies. He was able to plan out a way to construct a Cathedral ceiling when other salesmen tried to dissuade us from having it done - stating that it was either too expensive or impossible to construct given the rear of our home's design. His pricing was near the bottom of the thirteen proposals we obtained. His crew were very professional and did excellent quality work. My family and I are extremely pleased with our new room and we receive compliments from everyone who visits us!

I've always been more than happy. They have good pricing, fast response, quality workmanship. They are very attentive to detail.

WONDERFUL PHONE ASSISTANCE. I DIDN'T REALLY KNOW WHAT I NEEDED AND THEY DIDN'T TRY TO TALK ME INTO THE MOST EXPENSIVE. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THE NEXT WEEK AND WERE FINISHED IN A COUPLE OF HOURS.
