As you also stated we do work on all makes and models even the foreign companies which most other companies will not service because they are so involved to repair. We also pride ourselves on being there on time so I am sorry we did not meet your expectation on this front. There are times when a previous job and traffic holds up a customer later in the day. "This persons comments are not true and unfounded. Please look at our other reviews and you will see we are the Expert appliance repair company. We deliver great customer service around. [removed member name] asked us to fix his washer and dryer not telling us that the units were involved in a flood. When we got there we found that both units had bad motors and a bad control for one of the units. We also replaced the flame ignitor and the gas burner coils for his dryer at no charge. We spend two days competing all of these repairs. [removed member name] then called us up a few weeks later saying his clothes were not drying completely. We went out that same day(we always deliver same or next day service) and found he had a clogged vent for his dryer we offered to clean the vent at a large discount but he said he could do it himself. Just so we are clear the dryer vent being cleaned would not have fixed the original problem he had with a flooded washer and dryer. The components were all water damaged and seized up. The units were both working perfectly. Cleaning out the dryer vent just helped with the air flow which again we had offered to do for [removed member name] but he said no. He also said he wanted it to be less than the price of buying a new washer which it very much was. A new set of the Whirlpool front loaders like the ones he had would cost $3000 from Sears. When I explained this to him at the time of us doing the job he gave us the ok. I even showed him on our I pads the prices of a set. The 1500 dollar pair he is talking about are a much lower grade of washer than the units we repaired. Also just to be clear I made sure he was aware that he could go out and buy a cheaper set of laundry appliances at the time of him approving the job BUT those laundry appliances would not have the features and benefits that the current pair had. He said ok and had us order the parts. [removed member name]'s comments are incorrect and do not explain the entire story. We explained everything to the customer before we proceeded with the repair. We ordered the parts and returned a few days later to complete the repair. When the repair was completed [removed member name] was there and signed off saying that the repair was completed to his satisfaction. The problem with the dryer vent had nothing to do with the repair. We offered to clean it out for him but he refused and said he could do it himself. Please read our other reviews and take this gentleman's with a grain of salt. Thank You"
