He has given advice over the phone upon description of the problem, scheduled immediate visits to perform repairs, given accurate estimates, adhered to them wherever possible and thoroughly explained any additional work that was required, and answered any additional questions I have had with detailed and helpful responses. His fees are appropriate; he's never overcharged me or performed extra work that was not necessary. He has been utterly reliable in every regard.
