The experience was horrible and I would never use them again or recommend them. It took 3 attempts just to get the door installed. The first time was due to a bad measurement. The door wouldn't align with the frame. The second door, all steel doors by the way, they cut the hole for the knob incorrectly and it wouldn't align with the frame. The third door was dented. And now only 7 years later the glass is falling out. The trim pulled away from the door and my 3 year old could pull it off. To even get to this point I had to repeatedly call and wouldn't receive call backs for a couple days. The final part of the project, my bay window was installed on December 23rd, well past the promised 8 week completion window and that only happened after multiple arguments with the management.
