They do good work. Their responsiveness was good. They told me when to come in.

He did not actually fix the muffler. I did not know it was the muffler. When I took it in, he told me what it was. He solved the problem. I use him all the time.

My car failed state inspection for having the check engine light on. Steve and his team ran a diagnostic on my car and replaced the O2 sensor in about two days time. Communication was excellent - it was super easy to get in touch with the garage from my end and they always called back with updates/quotes when they said they would. I paid around $340 for the diagnostic, the parts and labor, and for the following check up to make sure I would pass inspection (I did). They also let me know about other critical issues regarding my car, giving me details on exactly what I would need repaired/replaced in the future.
This place is one of the only certified emissions repair facilities listed on the NJ DMV website for Gloucester County (that isn't a car dealership) so I didn't have much of a choice using them, HOWEVER, I was glad I did and will definitely go back in the future for car repair and maintenance. Excellent customer service overall.
