The light switch plates were really expensive. I think they are kind of pricey. I would give them a C, because I tried to go there and get a key made and the keys that they made were no good and they wouldn’t fit, but they did give me back my money. Apparently, their key machine isn’t reliable. It’s hard to find things in there, and there’s nobody really that you can ask. You really have to spend a lot of time in there looking for stuff. There’s no response. You go in the store – they don’t help you do anything. There’s nobody you can ask. You have to navigate and find your way around in there. I asked somebody where something was and he said he was busy helping somebody. The people in there are kind of rude. As far as customer service, they don’t help you. You have to know how to find stuff and you have to have an idea of what you want, because you aren’t going to get any help when you go in there. That’s why I haven’t really been back, because I don’t know how to fix stuff. I would probably try Home Depot before I go back to them (Lowe’s).

I wasn't happy with who they subcontracted with. However, they did fix the problem so in the end, it worked out, but it did take a long time.
