I was charged $225 for replacement of bathroom faucet which took approximately 1 hour. I had bought a $98 Angie's List special but apparently, that was useless. While the price and quality of work was not bad, the Angies List special was misleading as it was irrelevant.

Problem was difficult to diagnose at first but he was asking questions and checking different things. When he was able to find the source of the problem, it was a minor, inexpensive fix. Great customer service and knowledgeable pros.

Bovio provided a wonderful customer experience. I called with an issue with my heater blowing cool air on and off. The scheduler was able to get me in the same day. After hanging up with her I received and email from the company with my schedule window and information. I also received a text when my technician was on the way with a picture so that I knew exactly who would be coming to my door. When John got here he was very professional he put his booties on and got right to work. He was very honest and gave me all my options in order to make the best decision financially that would fix the problem. I would definitely use Bovio's for all my HVAC needs going forward.

Not good. Over 2 years they would either not show or reschedule the morning of the appointment. I had my last appointment last October when the guy showed up hours late and then was out quickly. I asked him if he checked my humidifier and he said it all looked good. It was clear that he hadn’t because the humidifier wasn’t working. Later this year when I was switching out my vent filters, I saw that he had left a filter that was way too small for what my system requires. It was literally leaning against the vent at a 45 degree angle. What a joke.

In and out in exactly one hour. There was an additional charge of $102 over the Angie's List one hour service call promo price, which I still don't quite understand...the promo was $98 for service call and one hour labor...the pvc parts were just about $10, so I'd understand if they were charged out at $20. Overall, I paid $200 ($98 promo price plus $102 to the contractor). Would've done it myself, but needed a contractor to satisfy a home buyer request. Do your DIY projects BEFORE the home inspection! As to the work, I'm quite satisfied.

Steve was industrious and friendly, hard working and knowledgeable. He replaced plumbing parts which needed replacing, but which were not part of the original agreement. He did an excellent job!

They guy was very meticulous but when he pulled out the old toilet the water was still dripping and he needed to go through my master bedroom I said no. He had to get a plastic bag. I don't know that I'll use them again because it was very high priced. They do good work but they are priced high. The plumber that came and did the work was a young kid, he was very good. I had no problem with their responsiveness. They are a good company. Their prices are just high. They came on time. The time that they said they would be here.

Bovio (Jim) came out to give an estimate for repairing a waterline for new dishwasher installation and connecting gas line for stove. (Jim was on time even a little early). Bovio was able to schedule service next day. Steve was tech and showed up in scheduled window and polite. He fixed my waterline connection and installed my gas line for stove. Checked stove and dishwasher to ensure they worked. In addition, Steve checked my water heater for free and offered some advice on other plumbing needs. All in all very happy happy with the service and would recommend them. Felt pricing was a little high $391 for 1 hr of labor and parts, but got what I needed done, on-time, done right, wife is happy!

I chose Bovio due to the fact that they were highly rated in my area on Angie's List. Unfortunately, this particular experience was unlike any I have had when choosing an Angie's List company, and that is why I feel the need to write a review to prevent someone from experiencing what we went through. The Bovio technician came out to service our AC unit on a Tuesday, replaced our condenser fan motor, capacitor, and sold us on the Air Scrubber - the total $2,500.00. Two days later the entire AC unit was shaking and I called them out again, and a new technician said that we were told that we needed to replace the entire AC unit from the original technician, and that work should not have been done but they only performed it due to our mention of 'do whatever needs to be done to not replace the entire AC Unit' (which is a completely false accusation, especially since it cost $2,500 for the "cheaper option." The technician that came out the second time was very professional and took pictures and said they would credit the work done and take that off for a brand new AC unit. I had to call their office for two days after not receiving a quote and no response. I had someone call back and said they would email me their quote and I NEVER received it. After all that, we lost out on $2,500 dollars and went with another company to replace our AC unit. Never again would I ever use or refer this company, I have never had an experience like this, and I hope this message prevents someone else from the same experience.

We have been using them for years. They check twice a year with a service agreement for the heating and air conditioning. We have a service agreement with them, they put in our heater and air conditioner. They follow up twice a year. I think they’re comparable. They’re not the lowest price, but I think they’re comparable to what’s out in the market. I’ve found them to be very responsive. Before we had the new air conditioning put in, they worked with us to sort of nurse the old air conditioner for a period of maybe 2 years. Then there was no high pressure. They worked with us to kind of put that off till we were ready, which I appreciated. If there has been any problems they’re very prompt in coming out.
