Sunroom and Patio Service, General Remodeling
See above - Did remove siding along with moldy wood and dry wall inside the sunroom. Replaced wood outside and inside. Put muck over outside area where water coming into house- which fixed the leak problem. Removed and replaced the drywall and painted - which was one half wall and 1 1/4 of a wall. Replaced and painted 2 baseboards. Powerwashed back and side of house. The only positive part of this process was the contractor, Tim Gill, who actually did all the work as promised and showed up on time- Called me the night before to let me know about any scheduling changes. He is a very reliable worker, who i would recommend- but not with Neil Block
