Was given a quote of $400-$500 and it was emphasized that "it's all about time". Worker was onsite only about 2 hours. The final bill came to a little over $500 and upon review I see that all equipment on the bill was marked up 200%-500% over what any person on the street could buy it for. I was also charged a service call which was the equivalent of an hour labor ON TOP of the two hours of labor on the bill. As an example of the mark ups one item that costs .49 to purchase locally was listed as $3.99. When I complained $150 was knocked off the bill without question.

Mike called 30 minutes before arriving as requested, performed work - was thorough and ensured everything was purged properly. Finished and cleaned up - courteous and respectful to the property.
