I had big black ants in various rooms along one exterior wall. When I called in, they gave me all the information I needed and even the price. The serviceman was very professional (given that I am a woman, this means not speaking to me in a condescending way or addressing me as "sweetheart"). They offered to retreat if the ants did not go away in 2-3 weeks. I also opted to have their termite professional come out and inspect. There was no evidence of a need for a service contract and no hard sell to sign up "just in case." It is almost a year later and the ant problem did not resurface.

It was about $650 for a contract which covers them coming out 3 times yearly. If there is ever any emergency they come out immediately with no extra charge. They were great at everything and were professional. They came on time but gave me a large window as to when they were coming; I thought that was a little expansive. They covered all the areas I needed.

I've been using Western Pest Services for quite a number of years. They are pretty efficient with their checks. Their price, quality, and professionalism are great. I would recommend them.
