For our kitchen project, Carl custom built new base cabinets to match our existing wall cabinets in our old house. The new cabinets are much, much better built than our old ones. And, its clear Carl takes pride in his work - even the unseen areas under/inside the cabinet are finished nicely - and all dimensions and cuts are EXACT!
Another nice thing is that you deal directly with the owner. He does the estimates, hand builds the cabinets (you can see them being made in his shop), and personally does the installation. Carl made many good suggestions as to improvements to our existing design. He takes the time to do it right (no short cuts)!
Bottom line: Carl Hansen is a perfectionist. Just the kind of guy I want building things for me!
