Founded in 1918, by Charles B. Hembling, the company’s focus was quality residential construction. High quality residential structures continue today, as a vital component of company projects. Many customers return with new projects.In 1946, the torch was passed to Charles’ son, Donald. Under his mandate, the company experienced substantial growth; becoming a leading commercial contractor in the region, in addition to its established premium residential construction niche.In 1980, Guy T Hembling took over the business therefore marking the 3rd generation of CBH.
