Agent called me from the company YP Media, called themselves Yellowpages and insinuated they were the same as my current listing for the local Yellowpages listing. I confirmed the information for our listing on the telephone and they told me they'd send a invoice. I received the invoice and called to ask for more details as it didn't match our current Yellowpages invoice. They then told me they only allowed three days from the telephone call to cancel the ad. I asked for a supervisor and they couldn't give me a time or date for call back. Upon attempting to reach another representative there, I've found they must be VERY small as the associate, Frank Stuart is the only one answering the telephone. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau also. DON'T TALK to these people over the phone. They sign you up for an advertising that's only a search engine on the web. He couldn't show me or send me any printed materials. Its a FARCE! BEWARE.
