Exceptional! The entire staff at K9 Experts is great - very friendly and responsive. And they take great care of our beloved Stuey! He goes for both daycare and the occasional boarding stay and we could not be happier ... nor could Stuey. He loves it there! Highly recommend!

Since the facility changed hands I feel their focus is all about making money and little about caring for the dogs. I noticed that my dogs were often dirty as if they are not attentive to picking up waste like they used to be when at daycare. I boarded my dogs Labor Day weekend and they refused to let me pick my dogs up on Monday even though I agreed to pay them extra, they weren't willing to release them untilTuesday. They claimed they were closed and there were too many dogs who wanted to go home on Monday so even though they had staff there they could not accommodate a Monday release. They have cameras and I was able to see that the place was empty. This was nonsense to get my money. They then required an exit bath and put them back in the runs so when I picked them up they were filthy. With the change in ownership, some of the staff stayed on and is nice but many of the employees have taken an uncaring and indifferent attitude. The old owner Kim was so kind and compassionate and was all about the dogs. The new owner put money into some renovations and is clearly focused on getting a return on his investment rather than seeing that the fur babies entrusted there are well cared for. For what they charge find another facility.

K9 Experts is the best doggy daycare I've ever experience. The knowledge and skill of the staff and their love for the dogs is unlike anything. Lilly loves everyone, especially the owner, Jose, and 2 managers Danays and Yaritza.

Amazing place, amazing staff! We have been sending our dog Stuey here for daycare and periodic boarding for nearly 10 years and cannot say enough positive things about our experience. The entire team is amazing… They treat Stuey with love and care at all times. They are truly a second family to him. He is always so happy to see every member of the staff and to arrive at the great facility… And he comes home each night exhausted in all the ways that you want after sending your dog to daycare for the day! We use the taxi service and it's amazing – the staff members who pick him up and drop him off each day are extremely courteous when entering our home and always make sure that he is safely inside if we are not around at drop off time. I honestly don't know what we would have done without this terrific group of people over the years. Stuey has literally grown up with them and he's better for it all around. Thank you to the entire team for all of your great work and love and care toward Stuey!!! I cannot give a strong enough recommendation!!!

I use K9 Experts 3 days a week for relief walks. Jose and the rest of the team are excellent, I highly recommend them. There are five characteristics that really make them a great service: (1) They are reliable - always on time (2) They are responsive - they will respond within 24 hours, even less if its an urgent need (3) They are professional and courteous - they will go out of their way to address yours (and your pets) needs, the website makes it very easy to work with them (4) My dog at least seems happy - I've seem him run straight to the door or even the dog walkers car when he sees him at the house (5) Their pricing is within the average for the area, coupled with their service, it can't be beat Honestly, I couldn't be happier with their service and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for dog walking services in the area.

Jose has been incredibly helpful with training techniques to lower our dog's anxiety. He has also taken great care of him when we were out of town. I highly recommend K9 Experts.

From the outset the experience was and continues to be fantastic. Jose; who is owner is so very, very helpful and accomodating. No matter what the request, or changes needed K9 Experts accomodates all. I have on occassion put in a request incorrectly; Jose immediately gets back to me to confirm what I was requesting. When you email K9 Experts they get back so very quickly especially to confirm your requested walk times and dates.
Eric, who is my dog's walker is just the nicest most pleasant guy ever. Abby fell in love with him IMMEDIATELY! He has learned all her "quirks". When they say 30 minutes; they mean the walk is 30 minutes. If one day they run short (weather, dog gets tired) it gets made up on another day. I had been out of work after having surgery. Each day Eric came exactly when I asked him to; and again, was and is so very kind to both me and Abby. He makes sure she has fresh water, that I have her kong ready for her in the freezer and let's me know each time he walks her how it went (especially what she did bathroom wise while she was out walking!).
I have never used a dog walker before despite having many dogs throughout my life time. I am so very grateful that I found K9Experts and will continue to use them.
You will NOT be disappointed. Your dog will have a new best friend!!!

They were very good and the owner of the business was very nice, but the dog walker they would find us would never put the dog back in the crate after the walk. So we eventually had to like fire them before we moved.

Chris arrived on time, and we got alerted through mobile app. The app shows when Grace arrives, where they are walking through GPS, and when he leaves. He posts notes about each of his visits.

Working with K9 is a pleasure.The owner Jose took a personal interest in the needs of my pouch. The walkers are always professional and attentative. I particularly like K9's use of technology to schedule appointments and notify me of when appointments begin and end and any important notes about how the appointment went. Highly recommended.
