I am very happy with their service. I like the way they spoke to me and informed me and I highly recommend them! I have a 50 year warranty on the shingles they used. When they initially came, he had me show them the areas where it was leaking. He went up and looked at the roof and gave me an estimate on what needed to be done. They came out to do the work within a couple of weeks. They finished the job within a half of a day. They are so polite and willing to work with you! They haven't needed to come out for any reason since then. I am very satisfied! I have recommended them to my neighbors and they were happy with their quick response also! I think I spent approximately $6000-7000.00.

Absolutely marzel experience. Wonderful company to deal with from start to finish. They had the most complete package available. Had insurance paper work ready. The protected and tarped the whole house. The clean up was very well done. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I did my homework and received bids from five vendors. While this company's bid was a little higher than most, I am delighted with the quality of work and the ease of the entire process. From the initial meeting with the estimator until the last worker drove away, it was a professional experience. I specifically wanted a contract that would provide a warranty on the materials and installation, so I chose a company that utilized GAF-Elk master elite roofing contractors. Now the shingles and the installation are covered for 50 years with a one-time transferrable warranty! Darren Mainardi, the owner, ran an excellent project with a large and hard-working crew. It only took 1 1/2 days to complete the entire job, and my house is a large log cabin. The clean-up was great, and I have yet to find a piece of debris or a roofing nail. I cannot say enough good things about Sebastian Builders. In this case, I got what I paid for, and then some. Roofing is too costly a repair to go with the cheapest contractor based on cost alone. Other factors must be considered. If we have any other big remodel, repair, or replacement jobs in the future, Sebastian will be my first call.

They were true to the estimate, cleaned up after themselves and did a very good job. No warnings or "WATCH OUT FORS"

They did this all in one day. They removed the roof and then brought in a crew to install the new roof. I think that overall they had a good price and did an excellent job. It met my satisfaction completely. They were very careful in the way they installed the roof and seemed to do a little better quality job than some folks. They used six nails per section which they did not have to do. They painted the pipes to match the trim of the house on the top of the roof. The job looks great and I am happy with the result.

The quality of their work was very good, but the pricing was a little high. I had some soffit and fascia work done along with the roof, and I was a little disappointed that they subcontracted out for some of the trim work; I did not think that was up to the quality that they provided me for the roof. I would call them for an estimate in the future, but I am not sure if I would use them.
