He has had to come back at least 3 times since it's been installed. Every time he has come back, his only answer was to caulk it and I have had several other people tell me that it needs to be torn out and re-done. He is refusing to remove it and do it again. He also did shelving in my bathroom and in my daughter's bedroom and bathroom. The shelves in my daughters room fell down, breaking her TV. In her bathroom, he built a cabinet that was all wood but he had to use a high-powered heated paint. It was supposed to hold well but when water was splashed on it, the paint just fell off. Where the leak is from the shower, the molding next to is it warping from water that was seeping down from the back of the shower. He said that my windows/siding were bad. I just had my windows and siding replaced by Renewal by Andersen. They did a great job. I had another guy come out and look at it and he said that it's definitely coming from the shower. As far as cleanliness comes, he was horrible. He and his assistant were both very messy.

Eric VanDexter designed the bathroom and coordinated all the aspects of the job through his team. His team consisted of a plumber Jules Renner, who is excellent; Rob Lawrence, who was the general contractor on the job, who is also excellent, and Eric took care of the cabinets, countertop and shower. Although the price was high, we got quality workmanship and a completely custom bathroom. We love it!
