He called me back that night and said he would set up a time to come
out and fix the issue. That was three weeks ago today. I have been
calling him and leaving messages without even the courtesy of a call
back. He knows his workmanship is AWFUL and that he basically stole
money from me. He was paid $1000 for the work, and now I have to go out
and find someone to do the job, the right way this time.
Please, everyone, do not call Nictali Property Management for anything
at all. They will take your money and do a terrible job forcing you to
call a true professional to get the job done right. The estimate may
cost more from another company, but the fact is that Nictali's estimate
should be $0 because that is what their work is worth.

WHAT A JOKE!!! IF THEY CARED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY WOULD DO THE
JOB RIGHT AND COME BACK OUT WHEN THEY ARE TOLD THEIR WORK WAS POOR TO
FIX IT PROPERLY!!
