I called this morning to set up an appointment by 3pm this afternoon the springs were replaced and the door was functional once again. The only reason it took so long was that I need to get home. Being the springs on my second door were the same age I had those replaced as well. There was no pressure from John to have them replaced. I was extremely happy with the quick responsiveness and quality of the work. I highly recommend Domenico Doors.

I called and left a message on Saturday late morning and John called me within four hours and set up for Sunday since the door could not be fully closed. He was here around 9:15 (ETA was between 9-10) and he had the job complete by 10 am. There was not additional charges because of it being Sunday or an emergency. I wish all contractors were like him.
