Desert Dry Waterproofing

Desert Dry completed the work over a year ago. Since that time, the leakage has been eliminated and we are mold and water free. The work was completed in a professional manner within the estimated time. The crew took extra time to ensure dust and debris was minimized and a thorough cleanup was done upon completion. A competitive estimate and guarantee sealed the deal. I understand why Desert Dry has maintained its established stellar reputation in the Philadelphia area.

The owner and workers arrived promptly.  The work was performed as described in the proposal.  The work was neat and only took half a day.  However, after the workers left we found that an item in my basement was broken.  No mention of this was made and the workers attempted to clean up the glass.  I called the company promptly and left a message.  They never called me back.

Received several estimates before our electrician mentioned Desert Dry. The president of the company came out himself to survey the area. He was so much more knowledgeable about what needed to be done, realistic for the age of the house, and mentioned things the other contractors did not. Considering this is ALL Desert Dry does, his knowledge and experience was absolutely clear. They turned out to be not only good at what they did, but courteous. They left the place immaculate and the president of the company came back to inspect once the job was done. This is A+ work, no doubt about it.
