Very well, basement flooded my insurance company refused to reimburse for money spent redoing it. I hired Daniel Wixted, because Liberty mutual refused to reimburse. Daniel Wixted got me reimbursed

Mr. Wixted was a wizard at dealing with my home owners' insurance company after my kitchen floor was ruined by a water  leak from a defective refrigerator.  He was very professional and courteous to me, and did a highly competent job spelling out the details of my loss to my insurer.  The end result was a good settlement which allowed me to completely repair the floor and other damaged items in my kitchen.

I was very disappointed in his level of service and his performance.

He was really, really good and he had a very good relationship with the insurance company adjuster. The two of them were smiling, I didn't see any tension between them, which scared me to death when I first thought they were both coming at the same time. They worked together beautifully, in fact, Mr. Wixted showed the insurance adjuster new programming that can be used to measure rooms or other things and he was just helping the insurance adjuster. I was really impressed with him. This was my first time with any kind of adjuster and he impressed me because of his working relationship with the other adjuster and he was so knowledgeable about programs and other things that are available now on their hand devices. He was timely, always well groomed and friendly. He's always available by phone and he's just a great guy. I have a leaking pipe and my insurance adjuster's supposed to come today so we're calling him again.
