Excellent as always. Dean has repaired cars for our family of four for many, many years. It's always the best. Seamless coordination with our insurance company and most importantly he insists on factory authorized parts and the repair process always meets the highest safety standards, no cutting corners or quick unsafe fixes. Following a fairly minor car accident, I called Autotech for an estimate on body work. A real person answered the phone, I was given an appointment that same day, and when I brought the car in, Dean looked at it right away, explained what he would do and how much it would cost. I had a sense right from the outset that Autotech wanted my business (strangely, not always the case in today's world). Not only did Dean keep me informed about costs and another small problem that he uncovered, but he finished the work in record time, saving me two days of car rental. (That was another easy experience, as Enterprise is right down the street and will come to Autotech to pick you up.) I could not have been happier with the professionalism, the expertise, and the genuine desire on the part of all the employees to make me happy. Highly recommend this small, family-owned business.

As the Owner of a 2010 Transformers Camaro I have to take a moment to thank AutoTech for the outstanding job they have done on my car. On their recent posting I see they were way too modest to the events that had occurred with my beloved car. I was in an unfortunate accident in November and my driver’s side door and rear panel suffered some damage. I trusted my insurance company and their “preferred repair shop” for the repairs. That is where my nightmare started. The first time I picked my car up from Malia's Autobody in Williamstown NJ, they tried to convince me the added nicks and scratches to my paint job was something I must have did before the car came in. After heated discussion and the shop checking their original pictures they agreed to fix the scratches. The second round to pick up my car turns out my hood was burnt, some scratches where corrected with a paint brush and other flaws not corrected. I was promised the third time was a charm. The third time, I showed up to pick up a two tone Camaro with added scratches and nicks that began at the back of the car and went to the front; the flaws were unbelievable and something they believed I should just accept. All things a picky customer like me could not live with. This was because I went to an Insurance Recommended shop that treated my car like an assembly line and pushed it through as quick as possible not caring about the end result because they wanted to save money. THEN I was referred to AutoTech by a friend that said she would not go anywhere else but here. Upon first entering AutoTech I felt comfortable with the shop and the quality that comes with an owner operated shop. Dean spent over 3 weeks just arguing with the insurance company on my behalf to fix the car correctly and he never gave up. Once the approval was ready the work began immediately. I was told what had to be done, what had to be sent out and what their concerns were. The final outcome was gorgeous.The color is perfect, the stripes are great, the window is repaired, the bumper is no longer bent, the roof and trunk are scratch free and the car is restored to its beautiful pre-accident condition. I will say, after this incident I will never go anywhere else but AutoTech for my repairs no matter how hard I have to fight with my insurance company to get them to pay the bill. We pay high enough car insurance and I will no longer accept a generic repair shop to save them money while I pay the price with low quality work. It was nice to go to a shop that has pride in their work and stands behind their end result. Thank you again AutoTech for all the hard work and energy in getting my car back to the original condition :) You guys – and Amanda; are great!

They've been excellent on everything. They did the restoration perfectly. They go with you with the insurance company.
