They were friendly, explained everything they were doing, consulted me when needed, and cleaned up when the job was done. I also appreciated the tech savvy aspect of the agreement and billing process - very efficient. I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Had a leak coming from 2nd story bathroom. Steve came out and provided some possible causes and gave a fair estimate to cut the drywall and replace the shower drain. However, when he opened it up it was determined that it was a pipe fitting that was leaking.

 + -1 moreSteve was very professional and extremely nice - my kitchen sink had been getting backed up for months and with nothing working needed to call a plumber. He fixed the problem and gave me tips on how to keep it from backing up again. I always think plumbing services are crazy expensive for what needs to be done but from other quotes accurate was the most reasonable.

Description of Work: I had a bathroom redone downstairs along with one added upstairs about 6 yrs. ago by another plumber who was not really a plumber. The contractor was bad and did EVERYTHING wrong. Subsequently water leaked from the upstairs bath through my ceiling downstairs and pipes were incorrectly used. Accurate Plumbing came out and had to gut the upstairs bathroom and redo the downstairs one. It was quite a substantial undertaking.They did a wonderful job, explained everything,and even took photos of the job. I'd recommend them to anyone.

 + -1 moreThe plumber's name is Lance and he is another great guy. He is very easy to work with. He is very reasonably priced and doesn't overcharge or try to sell you stuff that you don't need.
Description of Work: I had my kitchen remodeled a couple months ago and I used Accurate Plumbing & Drain Cleaning to fix a couple of mistakes that the general contractor made. They also installed a new faucet for my kitchen sink.
