They did massive remodeling in our house. Two guys came out and did the work for us. However, they have since split up and one guy ran away with some cash or something like that. The other guy has been pretty useful though. The project has been going on for a year and a half, and there has been a continuous stall on it with constant requests for advances on the capital. Finally, we have got so far down the road. They have essentially walked off the project with it half done. Their price was okay. They got a lot of work done through subcontractors. Now, I am working with their subcontractors. Half of them didn?t get paid. The other guy is sort of doing work here and there. He is incidentally doing it for free to try and make up what he personally thinks he owes me. However, the cost on this has been more about time than it has been about anything else.
Description of Work: They began working for us one and a half years ago, and they did general contractor services for us. They began with repairing water damage, which was basically reframing the whole back of the house, framing a new kitchen, framing a whole new bathroom, installing new windows, and installing brand new doors. Half of the electrical work and plumbing work was on them.
