Katherine was very knowledgeable on the phone and quickly returned call for estimate.  Ken showed up Monday morning right on-time and was a gentleman from meeting and through the job.  Price was fair and I'll call again when needed and recommend their quality and caring operation.  good people, thank you

Communications: The company is very good at communicating appoint times and following-up with a reminder call the day before. Also, they had an earlier appointment available and called to see if I wanted that one instead.
Punctuality: The window for arrival was 9:30-10:30am. Kathleen called the day before to ask if the window could be changed to 9:30am-11:30am as the appointment before mine could take longer than initially anticipated. I appreciated that they communicated in advance. It showed a consideration for my time. As it turned out, Ken arrived at 10:30am anyway.
The clog was cleared within 3 minutes but Ken continued to work. I wondered why at the time. He explained during the wrap-up that he wanted to test several flushes with toilet paper to ensure that nothing else remained in the line that the paper would get caught on.
The area was left as clean as before he started. The auger (?) he used was bagged and taken out of the house without any drips.
The bill price was fair and the work quickly done. I would not hesitate to recommend Ken Savare Plumbing & Heating to my friends and neighbors.

Showed up on time, was very friendly and courteous, and efficiently made the repairs. Cost was very reasonable. Would definitely use him again for other plumbing work.

He is very good and I use him all the time. He is punctual and comes when he is supposed to come. His prices are comparable to others. He is knowledgeable and dependable. He doesn't pull any punches and stands behind his work. Once I find somebody I like, I stick with them.

He is excellent

I called Ken and his wife, who works as his office manager, walked me through measuring and verifying what type and size heater we needed. She called back that night to verify that the appropriate heater was in stock and Ken could install it the next day. We have used Ken for about 12 years for various plumbing jobs, and he is always friendly and polite and arrives on time. I have trusted him to let himself in the house and complete work when I am not home. I recommend him very highly. He and his wife are great and I think any customer would feel comfortable working with them.

They were great and timely. The plumber had the parts and got it done. He explained what went wrong with the old one. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. I have been using them for three or four years now and I would definitely use them in the future too.

Ken's assistant returned my call promptly on every occasion. He gave me a window of time he would arrive and showed up when he said he would. He did the work as promised and at the quoted price. I was extremely pleased with his work and would highly recommend.
