after meeting with walters, although very prof, beutiful office and seem to be very honest, none of there package deals fit our budget for the square footage we wanted or would not fit on our lot

It was a terrible experience. I had numerous problems with his work. Some of the shingles came off the roof, and it was a war to get him to come out and replace them. He finally came out 3 or 4 months after requesting follow up. He's nasty and arrogant, and his work is overpriced. I do not recommend using him, ever!

My overall experience was BAD. As I discovered later the company simply covered up termite damage, with the siding without even mentioning it to me, they used old wood to frame out for the windows, did an unsafe job at the wiring of two outside lights. I got into a verbal argument with the owner because I hired another company to do the garage roof instead of him. I just wanted him to finish the job a leave. It took them about a week to complete this job.
