I recently contacted their customer service where they were able to set me up with more services and save me $35 a month! I would recommend them especially if you call Canada.

They are sometimes really snotty on the phone. The pricing is very expensive. They are ripping people off. Their service is really good, but they charge you a lot of taxes which others don't have. I never had a good experience with a Verizon rep. I had them for a while because I had an iphone and nobody else had it, but they were so snotty. I would use them again only if they cleaned up their pricing.

They didn't charge anything for the installation. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. The installation was okay. They were punctual. They did a good job.

Compared to the provider I had before for the internet, the quality of the service is better. I will investigate others, but as if now I am planning to continue with them.

Set up was easy, workmen were very nice. We live in a very old home so they had to spend a considerable amount of time setting up wires, drilling etc.

I had o call several times; be put on hold; go through all the diagnostic steps every time with a new representative until I actually lost it and threatened to write to the consumer board. They then sent a repairman but warned me that I might be charged if it was and quot;my faultand quot;

I did not want wires stapled to my walls, so they ran the wires through my three closets which was both more difficult and time consuming.
