+ -1 moreI sent a letter to the parts department and I received as letter back that was off point, and did not address my situation. He told me to send him the bill of sale and if I wanted to to send the remote as well. The representative did not give me any idea of what he would do to fix the problem. I did not expect to be treated this way by a company. I was upset about the way the situation was handled. The customer service was not very good.
Description of Work: Received a remote that was defective and wanted to return it and exchange if for a functional one.
